ORDER ELECTRONICALLY: You can order direct from Race Performance Parts LTD via our website.

ORDER BY TELEPHONE: Please have the part number(s) you wish to order ready and call Race Performance Parts.

PAYMENT: We accept credit cards (Visa,Mastercard). All orders must be paid-in-full before we will ship them.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING: We ship TNT and/or Royal Mail for UK whenever possible. If outside the UK please contact us first for shipping costs.

STOCK: Not all products are kept in stock, you will be notified by email if an item is out of stock,delivery on out of stock items will be approx 7-14 days.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns due to shipping error or manufacturer defect will be replaced immediately. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. All refused shipments must be in new condition for resale and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and all freight charges. No returns on special orders.

PUBLIC ROAD USE: All exhausts on our web site are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on any UK Roads/Motorway etc.

UK REGULATIONS. This is an American product which may not comply with all UK regulations, if you are unsure then please ask first as we will not be held responsible for after sales issues.

CLAIMS: All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise in front of the carrier BEFORE YOU SIGN. All claims must be made to the carrier.

LIABILITY: The purchaser of any products releases Race Performance Parts LTD from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.

Race Performance Parts LTD will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labour or other injury arising out of the use of any products we sell. Race Performance Parts LTD shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products.
